Agency Institute LLC is committed to delivering high-quality consulting services to our clients in a timely, professional, and ethical manner. This Fulfillment Policy outlines the terms and expectations regarding our service delivery process, in compliance with Stripe’s terms of service and applicable law.

Service Description
Agency Institute LLC provides consulting and strategic advisory services tailored to the needs of marketing companies. Services may include, but are not limited to, business strategy development, lead generation consulting, process optimization, and marketing systems guidance. All services are customized based on client needs and agreed upon during the onboarding process.
2.
Service Fulfillment Timeline
Consulting services are initiated based on the agreed project timeline and scope of work outlined in the service agreement or onboarding call. Service delivery may be structured as one-time strategy sessions, retainer-based consulting, or recurring engagements, depending on the selected package.
Onboarding is typically completed within 5–10 business days of purchase.Project-based milestones will be delivered on a mutually agreed schedule.Clients will receive access to deliverables via email, Zoom, or a client portal when applicable.

Client Responsibilities
To ensure the successful fulfillment of our services, clients must:
Provide access to necessary information and internal systems in a timely manner.Attend scheduled meetings and strategy sessions. Review and respond to deliverables within a reasonable time frame (typically 3–5 business days).
Delays in client response may result in adjusted timelines for fulfillment.
4.
Delivery Method
All consulting services are delivered digitally through email, video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom), or shared project documents (e.g., Google Docs, Sheets). No physical products will be shipped.
5.
Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the customized and time-based nature of consulting services, all sales are final and non-refundable once service delivery has commenced. However:
If a client chooses to cancel before the first consulting session has occurred, a partial refund may be considered at the discretion of Agency Institute LLC.Monthly retainers may be canceled with 14 days written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
