Refund Policy

At Agency Institute LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality consulting services to marketing companies. Due to the nature of our work—which involves the delivery of time, expertise, and proprietary strategies—our refund policy is designed to be clear, fair, and aligned with our fulfillment standards.

1.

General Policy
All sales are final once services have commenced. We do not offer refunds for completed consulting services, digital deliverables, or strategy sessions that have already been scheduled or rendered. However, we do recognize that unforeseen circumstances can arise and have outlined limited exceptions below.

2.

Refund Eligibility (Before Service Begins)
Clients may be eligible for a partial refund if:

A written cancellation request is submitted to success@agencyinstitute.io before the first scheduled call or consulting session has taken place.No project-specific work (e.g., research, documentation, or setup) has yet been initiated by our team.
In such cases, refunds will be processed minus a 10% administrative fee to cover processing, onboarding, and scheduling costs.

3.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

Client fails to provide requested materials or attend scheduled sessions.Client is unresponsive for more than 10 business days after purchase or during the service cycle.Dissatisfaction with subjective aspects such as style or creative approach after work has commenced.Services have already been delivered in part or full (e.g., consulting calls, documentation, strategic roadmaps, or audit reports).Monthly retainer clients who cancel mid-cycle (see Cancellation Policy below).

Cancellation of Monthly Services
If you are on a recurring monthly service plan (e.g., a consulting retainer), you may cancel your plan by providing at least 14 days written notice before your next billing cycle. No pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused time within the current billing cycle.

Dispute Resolution
If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of our service, we encourage you to reach out directly so we can attempt to resolve the issue quickly and fairly. Stripe payment disputes filed without first contacting us may be considered a violation of this policy and may impact your eligibility for future service.
